The gift cards of different amounts on this event page are available for redemption in limited quantities. Redeeming these products will deduct the corresponding accumulated points from your eufy points account. The specific supply quantities and redemption restrictions are as follows:

 

10 € Gift Card, total amount: 500 – redeem up to 5 times per account

20 € Gift Card, total amount: 500 – redeem up to 3 times per account

 

1.Fraud Prevention. To prevent fraud or abuse, eufy monitors account activity. Use of automated tools or methods to redeem gift cards, or any behavior indicating misuse, may result in immediate forfeiture of points and suspension of account access.

2.Choose the Gift Card you want on the Campaign page during the Promotion Period. Upon clicking “Redeem Now,” you will be asked to confirm if you want to use the eufyCredits.

3.Consideration Period. Once you confirm the redemption, the reward will be credited directly. Please fill in the address as soon as possible and enter the review process. The review for redeeming a Gift Card will be completed within 7 days. After passing the review, you will receive an email about the gift card reward (please check your mailbox). Once you confirm the redemption of eufyCredits, you will not be able to cancel, return, or exchange the reward. However, we provide a 24-hour consideration period after placing an order, during which you are free to cancel your order.

4.Points Validity: eufyCredits have no cash value outside of the online eufy official website or eufy Security app and are only valid for members in good standing. If membership is canceled, rewards will be invalid and cannot be sent. The entire redemption process must be completed within the valid membership lifecycle.
